Description

Indulge in a Cherry Amaretto Tiramisu that transforms any day into a celebration. This delightful dessert features layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, a creamy mascarpone filling, and the sweet-tart burst of fresh cherries, all enhanced by the warmth of amaretto. Each bite is a rich symphony of flavors, making this dessert not only visually stunning but also utterly irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • ¼ cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup fresh cherries (pitted and sliced)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely. Stir in amaretto.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they don't get soggy.
  4. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a dish, then spread half of the mascarpone over them and top with half the cherries.
  5. Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
